DEPOSIT ORDER & REFUND POLICY

All products ordered through Fred’s Truck Accessories are considered special order items that are ordered specifically on the customer’s behalf.

A deposit is required to place and reserve an order. Deposits are applied toward the total purchase price of the order.

Deposits are non-refundable after 48 hours from the time the order is placed. This timeframe reflects the period in which Fred’s Truck Accessories confirms and submits orders with manufacturers and suppliers on the customer’s behalf. Once an order has been confirmed with a manufacturer or supplier, or once shipping confirmation has been issued, the order cannot be cancelled or reversed.

Orders placed with manufacturers such as Direct or Toppers are considered final once confirmation has been received from the manufacturer.

Once the product arrives at Fred’s Truck Accessories, our team will contact the customer using the contact information provided to schedule installation or pickup.

Orders must be scheduled and completed within 90 days after the product arrives at Fred’s Truck Accessories. During this period, Fred’s Truck Accessories will make reasonable attempts to contact the customer to arrange scheduling.

If the customer cannot be reached or does not schedule installation or pickup within the 90-day period after the product arrives, the order will be cancelled due to inactivity and the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancelled, unclaimed, or abandoned orders may be resold after cancellation.

By placing a deposit, the customer authorizes the deposit transaction and acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Deposit & Order Policy.
